But let me ask you this. What about Chappelle’s absolute refusal to empathize with the women he ridicules, villainizes and dismisses as "not real women" in front of an audience of millions? What does it say that this doesn't seem to factor in?

Painting Chappell as a victim is ludicrous. He's the most successful, most highly-paid comedian of our time.

Forty trans women have died, victims of hate crimes, so far this year. Forty-four in 2020.

There are 117 anti-trans bills in Congress, across 33 states. We're spat on, discriminated at work and in housing, rejected by family and attacked in public spaces.

Are you quite sure this rich, famous male comedian is the victim in this story?
