Response to Lynn
This is such strange thinking. Many women are unable to conceive and they take measures to make it possible. In fact, many humans have some form of deficit and they seek medical solutions to overcome it (from infertility to blindness of a bad heart).
In terms of the commodification of human organs, this has been an important topic for some time with kidneys, livers, hearts. A whole system of medical ethics is in place in most developed countries to address this.
As to the commodification of wombs specifically, there's the whole topic of surrogacy, and the ethics governing that practice.
And yet, with all of this already in existence, you fear that "rich" trans folk will be a threat to natal women. (This in itself is weirdly ironic, as trans folk are heavily marginalized in the job market and have a poverty index much higher than the rest of the population).
It amazes me how far transphobes can bend in order to justify their transphobia.
